Individual and Family Therapy

I provide individual and family therapy services. I have experience working with young children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families to address a variety of issues including (but not limited to): anxiety, trauma, depression, defiant/disruptive behavior, grief/loss, life/family transitions, disordered eating, substance use, anger management, and self-harm. At the start of services, I will collaborate with you to determine the best modalities for treatment.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) can be a very effective approach to help individuals heal from trauma and adverse experiences that contribute to other difficulties. The therapy process works to decrease disturbance related to the negative events and strengthen adaptive beliefs. I have completed basic EMDR training, as well as EMDR specific for children. For more information on EMDR, visit

PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy) is an evidenced based therapy approach that aims to decrease disruptive behaviors and enhance parent-child relationships for younger children. The process involved a two way mirror to provide parent coaching. I am certified in an attachment based PCIT. For more information on PCIT, visit

Play Therapy

I have additional training in play therapy, including Experiential Play Therapy and sand tray therapy. I am currently getting trained in Synergetic Play Therapy as well. For more information on play therapy, visit or
